London 09 - 19/20 Feb

19th February

Today, Lazy wake up. Had some onion soup and coco shreddies and then walked to the gym to go swimming. The baths were packed with little children though, so we gave it a miss and played basketball outside for two mins until it started raining.

We went to look for presents for Jo and Caz. So we went into Chippenham museum and heritage centre and looked around for a little bit. Got a necklace for jo, a thimble for caz and a ring for myself. Then went into Cafe Central for a thick mint milkshake. Mmmm, my favourite. Then amanda's mum came and bought us another round of shakes. Yay! There was a hilarious old man opposite us. Fat, beard, old, with milk bottle glasses. He didn't know whether he was coming or going.

Then we went out, looked in various shops and bought a black hairband from claire's.

Walked back the long way, Amanda led us the way with tons of steps bless her. Look deep into the parka, its flippin loco!

Back, watched a bit of Frankie Boyle's stand up.

Then got ready to go to this lovely pub/restaurant called the pear tree. It was very posh. I got called madam! In the good pub guide, i'll have you know! Had roast fillet of cod with creamed potatoes and peas that looked like mousse. Mmmm delicious :) Wasn't much of a fan of the black olive and parsley crust on it though. Then for dessert i had a warm hazlenut brownie with creme fraiche and chocolate sauce. Everything, down to the bread and butter was wonderful.

Blockbusters on the way back - got over her dead body. The film was nothing short of crap. We actually fell asleep. The only good thing about it was the fat dog.

Bed.

Sleep.

20th February

Today we left Chippenham. Car ride back had a ton of traffic. Numb bum. But home is lovely. And its lovely to be home. Its weird now, a week with Amanda, now i won't see her till... saturday xD

When i got home i chilled, ate, went on my blog (hello!) and generally caught up with youtube. A lot can change in a week!
