Woke up at 8am. How absolutely ridiculous is that?!
Rushed getting ready... then started to feel a bit ill. Even so, i soldiered on and walked up the hill while on the phone to Chloe. Chatted about plans of the day. Good times.
Bus! Hello Aimee, Hello Chloe. Chatted about what's going on in life and offered each other a load of tasty anecdotes.
Got to Altrincham. Chloe was sweet on the met, she looked amazed by everything. Much lovezzzz.
Manchester. Aimee and Chloe didn't have a clue where to go. Lulz. To gregg's. Which is all i had talked about all day. What a let down, my cheese and onion pastie was cold. That teaches me to get a sausage roll next time. They're nice hot or cold.
The day would have been COMPLETE awesomesauce if it wasn't raining constantly. It was still plain awesomesauce though :]
Got a top from H&M for £3. Bargain!
To primark, where me and Clo discovered that Aimee is queen of bargains! Ended up getting a couple of pairs of knee high socks.
Then to afflecks, where we were shocked at all the cool dresses with duckies on and stuff, and slogan t shirts. I got a jammy dodger necklace! SO nice. We lovezzz it.
Aimee found bargain bracelets for 10p each. There were 3 of them there. And they are all skully. Mwahaha. Skull bracelets to symbolise the good times in life. Even though the cashier lady tried to charge us a quid each.
Then we left... thought it was time for lunch. Couldn't find the maccy's. In the end, we asked 3 people for directions xD
Got there. MMM CORNETTO MCFLURRIES. Tasty. :]
Walking back towards town centre, saw the Manchester Art Gallery. Went in. Some of the stuff in there is so amazing. Its weird to think about how many artists of every shape, size and style must have been inspired by that one building. We signed the book with our analogy of skull bracelets. We were wowed by all of the beautiful paintings and pieces of artwork... such a gorgeous place.
Walked back into town, me and chloe singing the gospel milkshake that featured on this very blog a couple of days back. Such a good song. We had the harmonies down to a T.
Then we left and went to the arndale...WH Smith for magazines and stuff. Looked in topman.. fit man bracelets for £1. Shoulda got one. Chloe got a school bag, Aimee got some jeans. NICEY GOOD TIMES.
Then we decided foot pain was WAYYYY too much. Had to leave!
All the way to St Peters Square. Tired. Knackered on the met.
Waited for half an hour for the bus. Chilled. Aimee panicked when rain hit her on the bus.
*SHAKES* OH BLOODY HELL! *in VERY posh london-ish accent*
Walked down the hill. Home, read heat and more.
Steak and chips for tea. Hello. *waves* :] Really good day.
